Register, log in and scroll through the on-boarding screens

ALL SET WITH THE APP!

Plot your route on AllTrails.com

Add Waypoints on the course. Waypoints are spoken to you, when you get close to them.

NOTE: Write your message into to the Description field. Title will not get spoken.

NOTE: Use whatever language for the message (AllTrails will however translate them to English..?)

NOTE: Nevermind, if you did not add all the points. You can easily add more messages easily in later phases.

When you’re done, save the map and export it as GPX file. Save the file on your computer.

ALL SET WITH ALLTRAILS.COM

With your desktop browset, go to https://runner.racepeps.com and log in with the credentials you created earlier

Click “New Race” and never mind the term “Race”.

Choose “Import GPX” from the left pane

Choose the exported GPX file and proceed

Lots of fields next, but just give the a name for the “Race” and then switch the “not a real race” switch on at the bottom

Click Create and ALL SET WITH RACE PEPS!

Choose the race you just created on the “my races” list

YOU CAN ADD MORE MESSAGES ON THE COURSE:

Click “Add own messages” at the bottom

Click somewhere on the route (mind: ON THE ROUTE!). Type down something. In any language.

Drag the marker somewhere if you like. Even off the route.

Click OK to save the message.

SUPER OPTIONAL: You can also choose to upload an audio file played on that spot. “Speak on 1st/2nd/3rd time” means if you come on the spot for the second time, then the message is spoken on the second time, not first.

Launch Race Peps app on your phone and plug in your earplugs

You should see your just created race on the races list

Tap to open it and then tap GO!

Follow the instructions and stay on the course!
