We had to postpone our race event, but you can still run the Virtual Race with official course!

We’ve also added some audio guided training runs with various distances and profiles for you to run in the Espoo Forest. These hand-picked routes are beautiful and with tailor-made turn-by-turn instructions, you won’t get lost! And there is a lot of fun involved too!

Nice flattish course in the woods. A little tarmac at the end, otherwise just gravel and no paths.

One of the loveliest routes around. Chance of extra leg just before the end, just follow the instructions!

We’ve got parks, we’ve got old forest, we’ve got neighbourhoods. Almost all gravel, but some paths and 1km on tarmac. This is a true classic, same route has been run by the president of Finland too!

This is the best option for your extra 1k on top of the 10k. Got some hills for you too, and the swamp is beautiful in the morning dusk.

Forest first, then some urban stuff between buildings and back to the forest. Also we’re taking a walk on the wild side, other side of the ROAD! Mostly gravel (1,5k tarmac)

Our Virtual Runs

These are as virtual as they can be! You can run these wherever, so don’t expect any Turn-by-turns. But prepare your self for fun! All the courses take you virtually to the deep forest of Espoo, and if you choose the Espoo Forest Half below, you can hear the crowds cheering you in the forest! And wolves. And bears. Also many little objectives included too in the run.

Enjoy your usual 10K run now with a humorous murder mystery, happening along the course, in Espoo Forest. Can you guess the murderer or are you the next victmim? That remains to be seen. Or actually heard. Or actually read from the tomorrow’s newspaper.

ESPOO VIRTUAL FOREST 8K

This historical 8K takes you to the Espoo Forest and we will dig down into the surroundings’ history. Nothing but dull moments: has that stone always been there, or maybe somebody brought it there? What is being built into the forest next, which ruins everything etc. Its just that why run 8K if there is 10K available. No explanataions given, never come back, take the 10K next time.

Easy Beasy 5K

Run a 5K with our professional hosts! We will keep you going on and entertained. Since we are virtually in the Espoo Forest, and actually we are just too escapees from the prison far far away, it is possible that we will just vanish in to the woods. But let’s at least start together, mmkay?
